Lemon Grass Chicken or Pork Chop

table spoon lemon grass
2 table spoon sugar
1 table spoon fish sauce
1 table spoon bbq sauce
3 pieces of 150 gram each chicken drumstick fillet
3 pieces of 150 gram each or tenderised pork chop
Mix
finely chopped lemon grass with sugar, fish sauce and
bbq sauce. Marinate chicken fillets for 30 minutes with
mixed ingredient and pan fry fillets until golden brown
(4-5 minutes). Serve with steamed rice and chilli
fish sauce.
To
make chilli fish sauce
Mix 1 table spoon fish sauce to 2 table spoon lime juice,
1 1/2 tea spoon sugar and 2 table spoons water. Add chopped
garlic and chopped chilli to taste.
